Green Bean Processing Plant on a 5-hectare Site with Prime Location

Previously, the green bean processing plant was located in Ia Ve Commune, Chu Prong District, with a relatively small scale, producing only about 10 tons per day. However, as of September 2024, with breakthrough developments and market expansion both domestically and internationally, VCU decided to relocate the factory to Ia Der Commune, Ia Grai District, Gia Lai Province.

VCU’s green bean factory is just about 20 minutes away from Pleiku Airport, making it convenient for customers visiting Gia Lai to easily travel to the factory for a tour. This location is also ideal for trucks transporting coffee from various regions for preliminary processing and production.

In terms of size, the factory is situated on 5 hectares (55,000 square meters) of land. No longer limited to 10 tons per day, VCU has increased its production capacity to 50 – 70 tons raw coffee per day, meeting the needs of both domestic and export markets.

With spacious drying yards and workshops, well-equipped infrastructure, and modern equipment, the green bean processing ensures both high quantity and quality standards.

For the 2024 harvest season, VCU has also installed additional stone separators. Each batch of coffee will undergo two rounds of stone separation, ensuring a 100% clean coffee rate.

Roasted Coffee Bean Production Facility

With two industrial roasters, the production capacity exceeds 80 tons per month.

The facility is ISO 22000:2018 and FDA certified, ensuring compliance with production standards.

We export roasted beans through formal trade channels to countries such as the U.S. and Singapore, and specialty Fine Robusta coffee to Japan.

Equipped with modern machinery, the facility is capable of producing roasted coffee beans, instant coffee, and OEM products.

VCU is fully prepared for the new harvest season with robust infrastructure, far exceeding what might be expected from our relatively young company.
