Raw coffee beans, also known as green coffee beans, unroasted coffee beans, or simply raw coffee, are coffee beans that have only undergone the hulling process without any further processing, sorting, or screening. In simple terms, raw coffee is unprocessed coffee.
To obtain raw coffee, ripe red coffee cherries are harvested, dried, and hulled. Subsequently, to produce green coffee beans or roasted coffee beans, the raw coffee is sorted, roasted, and ground.
The moisture content of this coffee is around 12% – 13%, making it easy to store for extended periods without worrying about a loss in flavor.

Robusta Coffee
Robusta beans are softer and have an aroma similar to fresh peanuts. They contain a relatively high amount of caffeine, which gives Robusta its strong, bitter taste. Additionally, Culi Robusta beans offer a more intense bitterness and richer aroma.
Arabica Coffee
In comparison to Robusta, Arabica beans are much harder, and they have a lower caffeine content. This results in a slightly acidic taste with a milder bitterness and a more pronounced aroma. Similarly, Culi Arabica beans have a more intense fragrance and a more pronounced acidity compared to regular Arabica coffee.
