To ensure a smooth shopping experience at VCU, we would like to inform our valued customers of our return and exchange policy, effective from June 1, 2025:

I. Exchange Policy

In the event that a customer receives a product that does not meet the agreed quality specifications, VCU will offer a product exchange or refund, subject to the following conditions:

• Exchanges are accepted within 03 days from the date the customer receives the product. After this period, VCU will not be responsible for any exchange requests. Therefore, please check the product carefully upon delivery and notify VCU staff immediately if there is any issue.

• The product must be in its original condition.

• VCU will cover all related exchange costs if the issue is due to a fault on our part or the product does not match the agreed specifications.

II. Return Policy

• Customers may return products if manufacturing defects are identified and they do not wish to exchange for another product.

• Accepted manufacturing defects include: packaging defects, or the product being different from the original description.

• Returns must be requested within 03 days from the date the product is received.

• If the product is confirmed to be defective, VCU will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

• VCU will verify the defect within 01–03 days after receiving the returned item and inform the customer of the next steps, depending on the specific case.

• Refund processing time: VCU will issue a refund within 03–05 business days after receiving the returned item.
