In cases where the customer receives goods that do not meet the quality agreed upon initially, VCU will offer an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

a) Exchange Policy:

• Products can be exchanged within 3 days from the date the customer receives the product. After this period, VCU will not be responsible for any exchanges if the goods are found to be defective. Therefore, please check the goods immediately upon receipt and notify VCU staff if there are any issues.
• The product must remain in its original condition.
• VCU will cover all costs related to the exchange if the goods are found to be faulty or do not meet the commitments made to the customer.

b) Return Policy:

• Customers may return products in the event of manufacturing defects and if they do not wish to exchange for another product.
• Cases of manufacturing defects include: packaging defects, products not as described initially.
• Returns must be made within 3 days from the date of receipt.
• VCU will cover 100% of the return shipping costs if the product is confirmed to be defective.
• VCU will verify the defect within 1-3 days after receiving the returned product from the customer and will inform the customer of the next steps for processing each specific case.

Refund Timeframe:

VCU will refund the customer within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned goods.
