To ensure convenience for our customers when purchasing from VCU, we would like to inform you of our updated payment policy effective from June 1, 2025, as follows:

Payment Policy

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

With this method, you pay in cash to the delivery staff upon receiving your order. We accept COD payments for most orders nationwide, but only for orders that meet both of the following criteria:

• The total order value is 5,000,000 VND or less. For orders above 5,000,000 VND, please choose a different payment method.

• The order includes a Value-Added Tax (VAT) invoice. For orders where customers do not request a VAT invoice, please use bank transfer to the account provided by VCU.

2. Bank Transfer

For orders from 5,000,000 VND and above, customers are required to make a bank transfer after VCU staff sends the order confirmation.
At this time, VCU does not offer deferred payment or post-delivery payment options, except in special cases.
