1. Cash on Delivery (COD):
   With this payment method, you pay in cash to the delivery staff as soon as you receive your order. We accept cash on delivery (COD) for most orders nationwide, except in the following cases:
   Note: COD is only applicable for orders with a total value of less than five million VND (5,000,000 VND). If the order exceeds five million VND, please choose another payment method.
2. Bank Transfer:
   For orders of 5 million VND or more, please make the payment via bank transfer immediately after VCU staff sends the order confirmation to you.

• Currently, VCU does not apply a credit policy or payment upon receipt except in special cases.

VAT for Green Coffee Beans:

• For customers purchasing green coffee beans with an invoice, please use your company’s account to transfer the payment to VCU’s company account to be exempt from VAT. If a personal account is used to make the transfer, VCU will automatically add a 5% VAT to cover tax obligations.

For finished products, roasted beans, and processing services, the VAT is 8%.
